STATE HUB FRANCHISE
The Redtrack Courier State Hub Franchise provides an opportunity to operate a parcel processing and distribution hub under a 5-year franchise agreement. Each franchise is allocated 100 PIN codes, with parcels received, sorted by zones and regions, and dispatched to designated Delivery Hubs through the company's transport network.
A refundable security deposit of ₹10 lakh is required to secure the franchise. The company provides essential infrastructure and operational support, including desktops, printers, barcode scanners, software, packing materials, transportation, training, and logistical assistance.
With an expected volume of 500+ parcels per PIN code per day, the hub may process 50,000+ parcels daily. Franchisees earn ₹15 per processed parcel, based on the stated business model. A 2,000–3,000 sq. ft. facility and approximately 20 staff members are required for operations. The company projects a monthly income of ₹1.5–2 crore after expenses, subject to actual parcel volumes and operating costs.
As a State Hub Franchise, you will be assigned parcels from 100 PIN codes for processing at your hub. You will receive all parcels belonging to these 100 PIN codes, sort them according to their respective zones and regions, and dispatch them to the designated Delivery Hubs through the company's third-party transport network.
Secure your State Hub Franchise with a refundable security deposit of ₹10,00,000, providing financial security and peace of mind for both parties. In return, you will receive a 5-year Franchise Agreement along with all the essential infrastructure and operational support required to establish and run your State Hub successfully. This includes desktops, printers, computer systems and other necessary devices, packing materials and kits, transportation support, and all other equipment and resources required to set up and operate the parcel State Hub efficiently.
Franchisees can expect to process 500+ parcels per day for each assigned PIN code. With 100 assigned PIN codes, the estimated daily parcel volume will be 100 × 500+ = 50,000+ parcels per day. This ensures a consistent and substantial business flow. The minimum expected daily parcel handling and delivery volume is 50,000 parcels, with the potential for higher volumes as operations expand.

A minimum of 2000 to 3000 sq. ft of office space is required to set up your state hub franchise, providing a functional base for operations.
The franchise agreement is for 5 years, allowing ample time to build and grow your business.
