1. Services
RedTrack provides courier and logistics services including pickup, transportation, delivery, shipment tracking, and related support. Service availability, coverage, and delivery timelines may vary by location and shipment type.
2. Shipments & Packaging
You are responsible for ensuring that shipments are properly packed, labeled, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited or restricted items may be refused, returned, or reported to the relevant authorities.
3. Pricing & Payments
Prices, fees, and surcharges may apply depending on service type, weight, size, destination, and special handling. For Cash on Delivery (COD) or prepaid services, payment handling rules may apply as per your agreement with RedTrack.
4. Tracking & Updates
Tracking information is provided for convenience and may be delayed or unavailable due to technical or operational reasons. RedTrack does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of tracking systems.
5. Delivery Attempts, Returns & RTO
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, refusal, or other reasons, RedTrack may attempt redelivery or return the shipment to the origin (RTO) as per service rules.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, RedTrack’s liability for loss, damage, or delay is limited and may depend on the declared value, service type, and applicable policies. Certain items may not be eligible for claims.
7. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
